Posted: 26 Jul 2010 09:53 PM PDT Menghilangkan pesan “An automated WordPress update has failed to complete – please attempt the update again now.” di halaman Admin WordPress, pesan tersebut muncul biasanya setelah kita melakukan update core ataupun plugin WordPress, namun biasanya jarang terjadi. Dan biasanya akibat update plugin atau core WP yang gagal, misalnya file update tidak ditemukan atau gagal mendownload ke server hosting WordPress.  Berbagai upaya seperti melakukan update ulang atau pun update otomatis ulang, biasanya pesan tersebut masih saja muncul halaman Dasbor WordPress, dan sangat mengganggu tentunya untuk mengatasinya tidak perlu melakukan install plugin sana-sini, cukup menghapus 1 (satu) file yang menyebabkan pesan (message) tersebut muncul. Berikut cara menghilangkan atau menyembunyikan (hide) tampilan (display) dari pesan pemberitahuan (notification) “An automated WordPress update has failed to complete-please attempt the update again now.” Caranya silakan hapus (delete) file .maintenance yang terdapat di root atau direktori tempat Anda menghinstall/meletakkan file WordPress Anda.
